6 months ago, we dragged a crash-damaged frame over from America with one goal in mind… build the fastest naturally aspirated Triumph Bobber we possibly could.
Since then, this project has been built in between customer bikes, late nights in the workshop and absolute chaos trying to get everything finished in time. From a twisted frame to a full ground-up land speed build, every part of this bike has been pushed to the limit, ready for one thing only… Pendine Sands.
If you know the history of Pendine, you’ll know this place is legendary. Some of the fastest machines in the world have run across this beach, but this is the first time the event has returned in years, and nobody really knows what to expect. The weather can shut the whole thing down in minutes, the sand changes everything, and we’ve never pushed this bike flat out on a surface like this before.
The question is… can a naturally aspirated Bobber actually do something special over the mile, or have we spent the last 6 months building something completely uncontrollable on sand?
