It would be a move up for C.J. Stroud (Ohio State), Bryce Young (Alabama), Anthony Richardson (Florida) or Will Levis (Kentucky), at least two of whom will still be on the board. The Titans could then cut Tannehill or use him as their bridge quarterback before handing the reins over to the young guy in 2024. They would also be moving ahead of the division-rival Colts (No. 4) in making this deal, which might make the trade that much more justifiable.
