In this session I show you one of my favourite exercises that I do almost every Morning. Its a shadowing exercise of both Forehand and Backhand.
Its a great way to start the day and get all elements moving – it is also a great way to improve your technique as it gets the right swing under your skin. I have been doing this exercise since I was a kid so its very natural for me and Im sure when you start doing it your Tennis will also improve!
