Bears’ QB Justin Fields played better last week, but unless he balls out the rest of the season, Chicago will draft Williams if they land the top selection. The Bears traded down from the #2 pick with the Las Vegas Raiders for the #3 pick, a 2nd round pick and a future 3rd round pick. With the 3rd pick, the Bears drafted Penn State OT Olu Fashanu.
