Woodworking: No Jointer? No Problem! Part Two
For all the woodworkers that don’t have a proper jointer set up, this is an easy fix.
When you have a board with two rough edges, there is most always one that is concave. You’re gonna be looking for the side where two end points of your piece touch the added straight edge at all times prior to and after the entire cut. That’s the side that you’ll put up against your longer fence and in this case I’m using a 6’ level straight edge.
Now you have one flat edge you can work with. A simple workaround for any woodworkers that don’t have a large joiner.
